Though her aim is to be relatively low-key, it's pretty easy to tell that Annaliese is some sort of unsupervised noble just by looking at her. Her body language and demeanour have all the tell-tell signs of someone raised in comfort and privilege and she exhibits a cheery, open friendliness born of a life where the people around her have had good reason to treat her well. She hasn't quite built up the muscle tone you'd expect of an adventurer or traveller yet and has a curvy build, with a lot of the softness and squishiness you'd expect from a scholar or a noble. Oh, and she's got The Anime Titties because this is a claire character and what else would you expect.

Annaliese has pale blonde hair that falls just to her thighs. She has blunt bangs with two slightly longer pieces that frame a pretty face with very striking blue eyes. She has the pale, easily burned complexion of a person who spends too much time indoors and doesn't get enough fresh air or sunlight and is prone to going very red whenever she gets worked up about basically anything.

Fashion-wise, she tries to go for long term use and practicality over looks, but when in a situation where practicality and expense aren't the top priority, she goes for the sort of floor-length dresses you might expect from a princess with a preference for collars that are lower cut. She prefers light, breathable fabrics and lots of layers that she can easily add or remove if she gets too hot or cold.

✦ She has a high, airy voice that sounds sweet and warm. From moment to moment, her speech and vocabulary are proper and polite, even verging on overly formal at times.

✦ Friendly, warm and incredibly diplomatic. She was raised and well-educated as the princess of a large country and so she has a good instinct for how to navigate social situations. She's not used to being on the receiving end of aggression or rudeness, but she'll do her best to handle it gracefully. She's a bit naive and quick to trust as a result of being so sheltered, but she's not childlike or airheaded.

✦ Curious, observant and quick to learn. She approaches all situations with as open a mind as she can and loves to learn new things. She has a tendency to infodump about subjects she's interested in when prompted and can pursue new information that's caught her interest to uhhh let's say unreasonable ends! She's not above putting herself (and potentially other people) in danger to better understand something she wants to figure out, but she generally means well and doesn't want anyone to get hurt on a moment to moment basis.

✦ Suffers from a condition that leaves her with weak lungs, so her stamina and physical strength aren't the best. Even with the magical ability granted by her Patron, she can't overexert herself too much or she'll become short of breath, struggle to breathe and in some cases may pass out. She's lived with the condition her whole life and knows how to pace herself and manage it, but in high pressure/dangerous situations she can suffer from fits of breathlessness similar to an asthma or panic attack.

✦ Luck Manipulation: Annaliese has a contract with a demon that grants him access to some of his powers, the most notable of which is her ability to change chance in her favour. It's basically a passive luck modifier that makes chance and uncertain outcomes work out in a way that benefits her more times than not. Typically she doesn't have a lot of control over this, but if she focuses her magic she can 'pick' the outcome of a chance-based situation and force it to one she wants. This works best with smaller things like coin flips and the more complicating elements there are, the less effect her magic has as a whole.

✦ Elemental Magic: Borrowed from her patron, she has a magical affinity for wind and sea waves that allows her some limited manipulation over both things.

✦ Spring Magic: Her 'natural' magical affinity, plant growth and healing magic. This has largely been overwritten with her patron's magic but if she digs deep enough, she can tap into some minor healing though it's only enough to tidy up minor cuts and bruises.

✦ Minor Practical Magic: Innate, minor magical abilities that lack any elemental or seasonal affinity honed in years of study. This is pretty much limited to things like lighting and putting out fires or levitating and carrying things she can't lift herself. Sometimes it's useful, but it's often too specific to have a lot of use.
